Horrible! He substituted a plastic tank for the concrete one. Said it was better. It's not. He didn't level/compact the holes, didn't install an anti-siphoning value and tried to not install the control panel. Plus, he charged us extra for the plastic tank. Turns out we paid about $2k more than the going prices at the time. Then he referred us to his friend, Michael Cross, for the 2-year maintenance contract. When his friend quit, we found out all the things wrong with our septic. 168 low water level alarms, siphoning, vent out of level, excessive settling. Of course, by then it was past the time we could put in a complaint with the contractors board. We tried suing his friend, Michael Cross (M Wastewater Management), but he has Legal Shield so that was a waste. We'd sue Randy Ryan too, but he probably also has Legal Shield which would explain why he doesn't feel he needs to even respond to calls or letters from us. Do not use!
