I purchased a Heating & Air unit from Help Air Conditioning & Heating LLC for ($6,251.00) September 2012. The motor went out August 2013. It took HELP Air over 2 weeks to replace the motor which worked for less than a month and the motor has went out again. We are now without a working unit and the company has failed to return our phone calls. We went to the place of business and found that it was no longer there. Our unit was supposed to have a 12 year warranty. I have all documents and paperwork. As you can imagine, our house is getting pretty hot with it being the middle of summer.
