We picked this guy after reading an ad he placed in one of the Smithtown papers, he came for a spring clean up and did a decent job, we agreed to have him come every Thursday. He ends up showing up on a Wednesday, then another Wednesday, and after I said you agreed to come on Thursday, he shows up again on Wednesday. After complaining about it, he tells my husband "I'm done with Smithtown!" Really?? He put an ad in the paper! I asked him for an estimate to rip out bushes and he completely ignored it. So after firing him he sends us a bill that he came 4 times instead of 3. He's a moron, don't use this guy, he doesn't want your business especially in Smithtown!

His services were non existent they would cut the lawn but leave clippings everywhere. When I called he arrived at the house and admitted a problem was there. He sent his guys back the next day and nothing was done. Told us he would personally come and fix the problem. He never showed, upon calling him he returned the call the following day and said we had called and told him not to come, untrue then hung up on my wife. I called him back to have him say "I am not arguing with your wife she's a woman and pregnant" then he hung up. What unprofessional and rude.

I got his advertisment in the mail. I called to make an appointment for a eatimate he showed up and gave me a quote to do the lawn weekly, a clean up, and fertilizer. I agreed to the price and he never called or showed. Now im behind the eightball looking for a new company. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Randy is useless and worthless!
