Randy Fultz built my house in the Keizer area. I'm finding out 10 years later, via water leaks and replacing siding while painting my house, that my window's weren't flashed and underneath my Hardiplank siding there's no vapor paper barrier. Now I'm fixing dry rot. This IS NOT A BUILDER TO TRUST to build your home.
