Randy did a complete remodel for us back in 1995 on a 3 story frame home built in 1909, he has done several smaller jobs since and has worked for a number of our friends over the years doing everything from small jobs to adding a entire second floor on a friends house. I can not say enough good about his work, he has not been in business for 7 years, it has been a lifetime and it is a family business. His father was a contractor and his brother is in this business with him, they are real craftsmen. Our bids have never been missed, he does cost plus and you see it all. Our first job was bid at 125,000, was a huge project on a very old house and his final cost was about 500 under the original bid. He was on schedule and always communicated, never had the where is the contractor or the subs If you want the cheapest, call someone else. If you want the best call him.
