Randy Payne was recommended to me by a friend who had used Randy to restore and refurbish a victorian house. That job was complicated and required special skills. I have seen that completed job and would agree with theowner that Randy did an outstanding job. On that recommendation, I contracted Randy for a more prosaic but, still unusual job. I had to raise the floor of our screened porch (14x14 feet) inorder to have the porch level with the rest of the house. He also built a ramp up to the porch. that job was carried out to our complete satisfaction and, on the basis of it, we later contracted Randy again to make an opening and install a window. He does nothing but, excedllent work.
