    Never use again

    Would not return phone calls. Never returned phone call I had to keep calling him until I finally reached him. Not pleasant, unwilling to discuss unsatisfactory work or ridiculously high bill. I had to get another plumber to finish and repair the job Piper Plumbing did! Would not recommend at all!
