    Hire at Own Risk

    I hired this company to do work under my house, fix my porch, new roof, new gutters and tear out of a chimmney and wall and replace with a new wall in my kitchen. The job was started in September of 2013, 3/4 of the monies was paid by october 5th and to date 07/23/14 job is not done. I got a roof but no warrenty and Ledgend Roofing will not honor their work. He secured joists under my house but no forms were poured and no leveling was don nor were the extra beams installed. the gutters and soffets were taken off 1/2 the house and left that way from December 2013 to June of 2014. I have paid him for gutters that were not received and I have had to hire someone else to do my gutters. He tore the wall and chimmney out of my kitchen and thats how it sits. He got no permits for the job and did things (plumbing and electrical) that he is not licensed to do. This job was supposed to take him and his crew 4 months max, but he doesn't have a crew and that was never disclosed. His work is just ok. You never know when he will show up. he only stays between 2-4 hours and never tells you when he is going on vacation. Hire at your own risk or if you need a handy man at best. do not give more then 1/4 in payment up front. Margaret- Everett

    Unfortunately this customer is less then truthful, The reason for not completing the project was for safety reasons, Lack of payment for change orders (9). They grow, and manufacture drugs in the detached garage, The owner tried to get me to see their Dr. so he could give me a medical license to grow my own" medicine" Which he would grow for me, and split the profits with me. As far as I know, you are not supposed to sell your medicine. They are scammers, and work the system, collect Social security benefits and work for cash under the table, They tried selling drugs to every one of the sub-contractors that worked on the project. My company has been in business many years without any claims on it's bond, That should tell you something! If you get a request to do work on a house 1921 Wetmore in Everett, Don't take the job, They are Scammers, and Frauds.
