Horrible experience with this company. They stopped answering calls or responding. After they done my roof, they said my roof issue was a framing issue and couldn't fix the dipping on the ends of the roof. We got another opinion from another roofing company and they fixed it very easily and inexpensively. Rankin roofing said they weren't going to fix it and stopped responding to calls after they verbally told us that they fix issues as they find them. This is something that they seen when the old shingles came off. So if you want a company that will redo your roof over problems, this is the company for you! They should've atleast pointed it out that something needed to be fixed, but instead they went ahead and done the roof and we find the issues after the shingles started to "relax"!
