We had a water leak that ruin our entire wood floor, living room, dining room and downstairs bedroom , ~ 1000 feet. After interviewing four different installers, all with very good recommendations, we decided to go with Sean. He was not the lowest price but his was very fair and he gave us and excellent feeling. What a great choice. Sean and his team ( Ross, Bred and Manuel) did and amazing job. They found all kind of little and no so little problems when they removed the damage floor as a result of a very poor and expensive job than by the previous installer. They took care of them. It is where Sean showed to me a facet that impact me most, his honesty and integrity. He did not charge us extra for taken care for the unexpected problems found!
I cannot write enough good things of Hazlegrove. In summary, if you are looking for a knowledgable, easy going, open mind, reliable, proud of his job, etc. etc. hardwood installer, do not look any more. Sean is the one.

Worst experience, we hired Ransom Hardwood Flooring to replace three discolored wooden planks, in the process they damaged our floor and had to restrain the entire floor. When I spoke to Jason the manager about the amount I was quoted by Carlos his employee, he yelled at me over the phone and said he had to think about fixing the mistake his own workers made on my floor. Carlos the "experienced installer" who quoted the work and said that he would personally oversee the sanding down of our floors, never showed up again and sent young inexperienced guys to sand my floor who left black round scratches throughout the floor and gaps between the wooden planks. When I reached out to Carlos he told me he would come fill the gaps and take a loot at all the scratches left by the machine, after four months of texting him, he never showed up or answered my calls or text messages again. When I finally got a hold of Ari and explained everything that is wrong with the work they did on our floor, she assured me she would be my point of contact moving forward. We set an appointment for her to come in and see it for herself but she never showed up. Instead we got a new person named Phill come and take pictures of the damage and told us we would hear back from Ari the next day, I never heard from her and she did not answer any of my calls. After a week of leaving messages I had to reach out to Jason, who again was completely unprofessional, made it clear he does not care about our floor or business and refused to transfer me to Ari or anyone else in the company. This company should not be allowed to be in business, there is no accountability, WORST contractors do not trust them in your home!!! They took our money and quit the job!!!
