We had a build to suit home with Scot in the River Chase Community, New Braunfels TX Hill Country. Gorgeous!
He was very knowledgeable with the procedure and helping us to get all cost up front. Not only did he provide guidance, allowances and where the best place to shop for materials. He had the means to supply us with a Lloyd's of London Sturcsure Warranty. One of the best that is lined up with our VA loan. He is USDA, VA and TX Vet accepted builder along with being a commercial and developer. He has a great team to make sure that your home is protected and given the correct maintenance for up keep. I am proud to still be able to call him with questions and he can help me in the right direction. We have had no issues and it has been since 2008. We have referred many of our friends. Not one was let down and ontime, stayed within budget. Happy Friends. Please see our listing on Realtor. Perfectly beautiful for us. We are always blessed to be able to have a builder in our corner. Thank you, Scot! -

If I could I would give this jerk a -10 On my 3rd leak in the roof. same as the other 2 leaks, It was build "wrong" build with a, just cover it up. The buyer will never see it. Hes way of fixing is to patch it with a bad patch nad run. I have to get "REAL contractors" to fix his crap. He has never payed for all the stuff to get fixed. His answer to me go _ _ _ _ _ _ g sue me.

Scot built us a beautiful custom home over 10 years ago. Everyone that visits says the the same thing, Wow, beautiful home. Scot was really great to work with. My wife and I have different opinions but Scot was able to steer us in the right direction when it came to design and style. We love our home and are never leaving. We have a few acres so when we decided to add an office/guest house 10 years later, Scot was the one and only call. We are almost finished and he matched the look and style perfectly. Aaaand under budget. We are really happy he was available to help us with part 2. It's awesome!
