I am a property manager and I scheduled in January for my backflows to be maintenance.
I called several time between January and now for updates, and was continuously told it was scheduled.
I called on Tuesday for an update after receiving notice from the city and was told the matter would be looked into BECAUSE IT WAS DONE THEY SAID.
I called today and was told it’s NOT being done & when I started to ask questions, I was hung up on.
Do not trust this company. They have placed me in a terrible position due to their lack of professionalism and organization.
