I bought a brand new home in February 2020 and this season I was able to start construction on my pool. The pool company (Puryear if your curious) was supposed to only cut thru a couple sprinkler lines that I could repair myself but instead dug up all the valves in the backyard sprinklers with a back hoe destroying the system and then buried it to cover it up. Long story short I found out and talked to the owner of Rapid Water (who installed the irrigation system on my home before I bought it) twice about getting someone out here for a repair estimate I can present the pool company for damages and it's probably been a month since I've been able to get a hold this company. No one has come out or returned my calls or texts and now I will be moving forward with a different company. Their loss, I'm sure the repairs would have been several hundred dollars.
