I had hired Dave Rapp previously for a job and he had communication issues then. I stupidly gave him another try..bad move on my part. We have issues with the work he did and have tried numerous times to contact him without success. I will never use him again. I warn you he seems like a nice guy but does not honor the warranty he hasini his contract that you sign. The worst communicator I have ever dealt with in my life.Does not return calls!!!!
