We are a family owned and operated General Contracting Company, based in the Chicagoland area. Although the majority of our projects are commercial, we do take on select home projects.
Over the years we have come to know that the building industry lacked integrity and quality of service. That is why we made Integrity and Service the pillars of our company, and a way of life, not a hollow slogan.

This Company did flat work on 8 of my properties, they were excellent, Dean is very fair and most importantly he makes sure his clients are fully satisfied throughout the process.

Worst working relation with this company specially the owner, they promise moon and than 100% deny, so FOLKS, please get everything in writing before you pay a dime. Coming to working relation, we were getting concrete driveway redone. They come and remove all concrete and than disappear, place like Chicago it rains anytime, so on good days they go and work some where else and in the mean time, we are collecting lake of water, now their excuse, they can’t pour and requested us to buy water suction machine, so we had to remove water...NOT THEM, than it took almost a month to pour concrete and owner had audacity to come and ask for final check, without finishing landscaping and other cleanup etc... he again had nerve to ask if our own landscaper would finish the landscaping...WHAT..this was no professional way of doing construction. I still gave him 3 stars because concrete looks OK, but 6 weeks to do one driveway is not acceptable, please go other companies like concrete hero who finished driveway across from us in one week
Response from Rasarom Construction Group June 28, 2019How do I respond to someone who cannot tell the truth to save her life and wanted everything for free, the way this lady does business may be ok in India but not in this country. Worst customer ever, the concrete work was excellent, even the village inspector said so, isn’t that right Mrs Gupta ?
