Hired this Contractor to replace my roof and do interior work. Contractor completed a portion of the roof but didn’t complete after 6 months. My wife and I made a determination that Mr Shorter is a Con man and decided not to allow him in our home for those repairs. He received $111,000 in two party checks from my insurance company (made out to RateBreaks and my mortgage company) that we now believe that he committed fraud by cashing them. He has disappeared. DO NOT HIRE THIS GRIFTER!
