Rav Construction

I gave Ravshanbek Yunusov $32,000 for materials for a major job in Edgewater, N.J. last February. This major work was promised to be completed within a period of one week in April. Nothing was done till 5% to 10% of the work was done around June. Then he disappeared & refused to either refund the money, or complete the job. He steals people’s money , & then closes his company & immediately applies for license to begin a new one which he did in August of this year (2022). I’m currently pursuing other measures (including legal) to retrieve the money. Besides, I had someone trustworthy this time to evaluate the little work he had done, & it was determined the work was deemed very unprofessional.

Criminal . Took our deposit on fixing up our apartment. never came back and his phone is no longer working. STAY AWAY..

Asked the contractor to fix the tiles in my shower, he tried to increase the price by $200 after the job was done. Two days after he did the job the old grout appeared, I asked him to come in and fix the issue. He promised to return same Saturday, never called to cancel. Wished I googled him before hiring.

Do Not Hire, This man is a crook, Took our money for materials and deposit and never returned, phone number was changed and could not contact him. stay away.

Ravshan is simply a criminal. He took down payment in the amount of 500$ from me to get sheetrock for my project and then simply disappeared. He did not answer my phone calls nor responded to the voice messages that I left. And did I mention that he did not return my money?

The RAV company doing very nice, quality and quick any job, i very happy working with RAV company.

Rav construction company is very professional working team , I am very pleased that the work of company.

The worst experience I have had with a contractor in 10 years in New York City.

Ravshan, owner of RAV Construction, agreed to do an entire apartment in Manhattan. In the first place, he was very professional and organized but as soon as a part of the budget went down in his pocket, things started to change. To make sure I would depend on him, he completely removed everything in the apartment the first day. Then, he didn’t show up for 4 days and was not reachable. He finally came back a week later to continue the job he was supposed to do in two weeks, after many calls. He promised to finish the project on time, which he never did because he disappeared again after 2 days of work. He also asked for more money to complete the project. After many calls, half of my budget given to RAV Construction, I decided to hire someone honest and much more professional.

I don’t recommend working with Ravshan and RAV Construction as the owner is a crook, a liar, is very unprofessional and has no work ethic.

I also consider taking legal action against RAV Construction and the owner.

There are much better, more honest and more professional contractors in the New York/New Jersey area not to work with RAV Construction.
