We had Raven Construction earthquake retrofit our house. Raymond gave us a quote and seemed more knowledgeable than the other general contractors about the retrofit requirements. After starting, they finished the work extremely quickly, but when I asked my father-in-law to inspect the work, half of the bolts were messed up--the glue had not mixed properly.
When we told them, Raymond came on a weekend and redid the messed up bolts. Overall, a mixed experience. I think that they can do some good work, but move too fast to check that that's the case all the time.

Raymond from Raven Construction was Terrific! Returned my email immediately, came within 48 hours (at my convenience) to my home to spec out the bid. Gave some great advice to me on what was needed, suggested a few things and gave a great bid. Came out a few days later and completed the job.
The house looks great and I cannot say enough good things about Raymond. Hard working, honest and great work. I highly recommend him to all.
