WAS A GOOD C0MPANY 20 YRS AGO. HAD WORK DONE LAST SUMMER. SLIPSHOD MEDIOCRE WORK. UNRELIABLE AS TO APPOINTMENTS AND TIMELINE...WOULD NOT RESPOND TO CALLS AS TO WHEN WORK TO BE DONE OR FINISHED.. THE BEST ANSWER WAS SOON. STARTED MARCH CAME BACK IN JUNE. DESTROYED MY RETRACTABLE AWNING WHEN CHANGING VALANCE,,TOTALLY BROKEN.. REFUSES TO RESPOND. WILL NOT REPLACE...LODGED COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND LICENCING. NO RESPONSE TO THEM EITHER. I AM STUCK WITH A HUGE EXPENSE TO REPLACE IT OVER $7600. I AM AN ELDERLY WIDOW OVER 72 AND HAVE NO MEANS TO GET THIS MONEY TO FIX THIS...LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY..FYI THE HELP THAT HE HAD 20 YRS AGO WAS RELIABLE AND CAPABLE CONTRACTORS, NOW HELTER SKELTER AND MENIAL...NEVER AGAIN...LEFT BROKEN DOWN WOMAN

Terrible experience. Uses schmucks that cant do the job right leaky sink, crooked counters, incorrect seals, employees take home things that you rightfully paid for to use on other jobs or personal upgrades.

Permits

Put gutters in was supposed to have filters. Spent 3000. Replaced my old gutters put new one up. Left hole in house where old gutters were and put no screens on them. Repeated phone calls .promises to come back never does. Left several msgs on answering machine. Sent certified letter. Still nothing. We are elderly if it wasn't for my neighbor going up on roof to fix my siding we would have never known the horrible work they did. This guy is a fast talker all he wants is to take advantage of people. He also messed up my neighbors gutter. Together we have been fighting for our repairs for almost 2 months.
