    Seawall and dock
    $30,000

    Just a warning to be aware…We put a deposit down and signed a contract in October 2022. Our plan is to have the seawall raised and a new concrete dock. The permits were approved February 2023…here we are December 2023 with no work even started. Every time we try to call Mitchell he won’t return our calls or has office staff call us back with the information that he’s mad we have called again, and it will be “4 more weeks”. We have heard this same story since July 2023. We have been patient and don’t want to lose our deposit or start over on waiting for permits from another company. Who knows if we will really ever get our new dock completed?!?! I will update this review if the work ever gets completed.

    repair seawall and dock

    Far and away the best service company I have ever dealt with. One of American Seawall's owners Kyle Martinez personally came to my home to assess the job of repairing my seawall and rebuilding my dock. I had received two other proposals that left me thinking the job was going to be an astronomical financial hit. Kyle advised me that a much more economical plan would not only do the job, but look great. His crew was professional, on time, and used the highest quality materials to restore and rebuild the dock and seawall at about half the cost of the other two companies I had size up the job. The work was both practically and aesthetically perfect. I would always make American Seawall my first and only call for any work of this type. Could not have been treated any more professionally or have been any happier with the job. American Seawall gets my highest regards and is an excellent recommendation.

    Masonry work

    I had a horrible experience with this company. They took 4 times longer to do the job than they said it would. They never called me or let me know what was going on at all. I had to hunt them down to find out anything, an estimate of about 100 phone calls without responses. The work was terrible and I had to hire someone else to fix it.
    I spoke to the owner about the project and the terrible result and he blamed it on me. Terrible experience.

    Seawall and new likings and 60 foot of dock at 2 adjoining properties

    Probably the most professional contractor I have run across in South Florida. Rebuilt two sea walls and 60 feet of dock at each property with zero issues. Did not give them a penny until completed. Now where the hec does that happen? Excellent work..Mitch was great!
