I would not recommend this company. They installed new plumbing for my Sandy storm restoration. Water heater, new water main, P-Tex piping, laundry room and new bathroom and fixtures (plumbing only).
Grades
Work quality: D - based on finish, thoroughness and overall quality as well as a review of their work by another licensed plumber and ongoing need to have them return multiple times to correctly complete work (in the end they were a no show to finish and a different plumber needed to be used). A week is acceptable. Weeks is a bit ridiculous... when it becomes months you know there is no real ownership or interest in real quality. Excuses ranged from "we didn't do that" (when they did) to "you bought junky product" and then finding out that they botched the installs and never did a tests to ensure functionality.
Communication/punctuality: F to D minus - based on frequent un-returned calls or texts and repeatedly not showing or setting dates when saying he would.
Prices: C - based on estimates.. not the most expensive but in the higher range.
Friendliness: C - based on bedside manner of staff not the ownership. Ownership's standard response to issues was to deny responsibility.
