Hired Raya Engineering to remove my in-ground pool and concrete decking and fill in pool and pour a new concrete patio. The patio had a low point which allowed water to accumulate against my house. The previous pour had to be completely removed and repoured. However, the repoured concrete also had a low spot where water would accumulate in a large puddle. Further, in another part of the concrete patio, another low spot would allow rainwater to accumulate towards the middle of the pad and in front of my back door. The water ought to be moving away from the middle of the pad not towards it. I have multiple texts from Angel that he would schedule a time to come over and complete repairs. All have fallen through. On September 2, 2022, at 0838 Angel texted me that he would "work on the schedule and get back to me, it is going to be taking care of before November." Well, I sent two subsequent text messages on November 26th and 28th asking for a date for repairs......no response.
