By a user in TacomaMarch 16, 2018Rebuild deck with covered patio, crappy work. Update my kitchen horrible workmanship.
Updated my kitchen in 2014. Cabinet pulling away from wall, Adam did not screw cabinet into stud. I have tried contacting them by phone, text, email, text and messenger. No response. Horrible workmanship and horrible customer service . Would've NEVER recommend this company!!! Would have given them a zero star if it was available.

- Building permit records show that Raygor Construction LLC has worked on 36 permitted projects.
We contracted with Raygor Construction in September of 2014 to do a tear off and reroof our home at 3007 North 12th Street Tacoma Wa. Adam Raygor was the owner and foreman on the site.
Besides the roof, we also had them replace some siding on the upper gables as well.
During the project he had other employees working with him. Many times they were left on the job site without supervision. The work performed by these individuals was shotty at best.
Adam finished late on Friday after dark the and immediately knocked on the door and requested the remainder of the payment. I hadn't a chance to thoroughly examine the work they had performed. We had him leave some roof jacks on the roof so that I could paint one of the front gables.
The following spring, I began to prep our home for paint. I pressure washed the structure. I professionally painted and pressure washed for 10 years in the early 80’s to the early 90s.
After washing I noticed that the plaster in the ceiling in the front room had started to crack as it had gotten wet. It was still wet. I immediately called Adam to come discuss the issue as well as some trim that was missed around the back upper windows. He got confrontational about the water damaged and accused me of not knowing how to pressure wash. He did send out one of his guys to fix the issue with the flashing on the front gable that leaked.
Upon inspecting the read windows of the house, I noticed that there were gaps between the trim and the windows. Three windows and 3 gaps, between ¾ to 1” in size on the tops of the windows.
In February 2018 I requested an insulation inspection from NW Insulation. It was raining heavily outside. Upon entering the upstairs crawlspace, he immediately pointed out where water was running down the aforementioned gable that they repaired.
I had my wife contact Raygor construction to rectify their issue. After numerous attempts to engage Jim Raygor, he finally sent out one of his roofers. His roofer admitted that the flashing had been installed incorrectly.
I've tried to work with one of the owners, Jim Raygor to no avail. Even though the issues were pointed out within 2 years of completion of the work, he is standing by the 2 year bond limited warranty as required by the state and recently claimed that Raygor Construction is no longer doing business.
