My experience was horrible. Did not properly repair leak. Called them back out because I paid them. Came back out tapped line with hammer. Placed bed sheet in hole in the foundation was told he would be back. Line started back leaking. He never came Back

Our home warranty sent him out to change our hot water heater. Over the past year since we have had to call this man back at least 5 times if not more due to the horrible work he completed. The connections were not secure or threaded correctly. Multiple times we fund water gushing everywhere because of the horrible work he completed. I explained to him that he has cost us more than a few hundred dollars in water bills due to his work.He does not communicate at all. He hardly answers the phone and he will say he will show and not show. I do not understand why he still has a business. Do not hire at all! Also do not use America HomeShield for home warranty. I have complained multiple times and they keep sending him back even though we asked for a new plumber and sent pictures of the horrible work!
