    I am a builder developer and I have worked with Raymond for the last 5 years, I have worked with a lot of contractors in my 20 years of career but working with Raymond is always a pleasure, he knows his business very well and he is very knowledgeable in his trade, he can see the problem way ahead of time and corrects the engineering mistakes before the project even started, he has saved a lot of money for me by doing so. He takes any project seriously and will give you a quality work, In 5 years and maybe 20 big projects I have never seen even a small Correction written to him by any building and salty inspector, he has pass all my inspections at the very first time.

    I don't know who Andy is talking about because I had hired Raymond to do my air conditioning work and he gave me one price and he fixed a problem that 4 other A/C contractor couldn't find out what was wrong with our commercial air conditioning, Raymond know's his job like no one in his trade and he has been working on all of our comercial buildings his always on time and his prices are very affordable.

    This is a crooked but smooth talking contractor lying and cheating to get your business. He will give you cheap price and then raise it by various methods. Deal with this guy and you are guaranteed to get taken in and regret greatly later on! There are many other good contractors at reasonable price and so avoid this one at ALL cost since he will not last in this busisness too long!
