Our experience with Ray's in Salmon was horrible We would not hire them again. In March 2020, we noticed a big decrease in our well water pressure. It was almost to a drip. We called Ray's to see what could be going on and if we needed a new well. They came and replaced our pump for about $2,000. We had no water at that time. Come to find out that our well had gone dry and there wasn't anything wrong with our pump. We believe they should have known it went dry. They should have done the right thing and given us our pump back that worked fine. We did not need nor want a new pump as that was not the problem. Now, we have to put in a new well with a Well Driller costing $20,000.+. We didn't need the stress of having to also pay for a pump we didn't need. All well drillers said: "more than likely, we can't use that pump Ray's made you pay for."
