We called Rays as they were who the builder used on our new home. They showed up on time and got right to work. The female on the crew was very nice and helpful. We hired them to install electrical in our new kitchen and laundry room, plus a hot tub plugin. All seemed great, but customer service/satisfaction is nonexistent. They placed the hot tub plugin on the wrong wall and refused to come back out, $700 for a plug-in that sits in front of a clean-out at least 8 feet away from where we wanted it. The owner Jeff was very rude and even hung up on me. I am not sure why they wouldn’t want to correct the mistake. I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau, but no response. Now we found a return HVAC pipe ripped in half by the new wires they installed and just hoping nothing else is damaged.
I just want them to come out and make this right... what happened to honest companies?
I highly recommend using another company
