My main sewer line was plugged and backing up into the house. I called Rays plumbing. He showed up in a reasonable amount of time as it was a weekend. He did not impress me with his knowledge ( or lack there of). He tried for an hour or so to unplug the line and told me that it was taken care of, even though i could see that was not draining. I had to call Roto Rooter to actually get the job done right.
