If you are wanting to hear A PLETHORA OF EXCUSES, then you'd hire David Razo. If not, stay as far away as possible. It has been just about a year, and David has done nothing but give me lip service regarding the poor workmanship in painting and sealing our pool deck. He subbed out this job to VMRAM Concrete Refurbishing, and we experienced the same with Victor. At the beginning, there was so many promises (back in August of 2021). The patio is peeling, flaking, there are drip marks on he edges of the pool from the paint, and bubbles where cracks were supposedly repaired. Victor has a guarantee of 2 years on his work, which would be 6/29/23. He blew us off around March of this year. Both kept making promises - we requested a refund if they weren't going to fix it. DAVID RAZO and VICTOR both repeatedly made appointments with us, and then never showed up. For months and months now, our calls are not returned. In some of the final contacts, where I had to call from another phone number so that they would answer, David and Victor had the audacity to blame each other for the poor workmanship. A friend recommended David, and another friend of mine also took the recommendation and he didn't complete her work either. The only advantage that my friend has is that she didn't make the last payment. My foolishness for paying before we did a through inspection, but I make a mistake and trusted what I thought was an honest, sincere family and business man.
