Total fraud . pls stay away from. he gave us lot of trouble for the work we hired him for. he took all the money by showing us personal reasons (wife's sickness etc). and later didn't show up to finish the work.

Roberto Betin is irresponsible. After we signed a contract for a bathroom remodel, a fee days later, he tells me that he will no longer be doing the bathroom. Thank God I made him sign a contract stating that I will pay him once demolition begins. Otherwise he would have stolen my deposit. He wanted me to give him a deposit before demolition starts. Stay away from this fraud.

Roberto Betin is not reliable - I've stayed home 4xs waiting for this guy to come do the job and he doesn't show. I do not recommend. Save yourself the stress.

Gosh, I wish I saw this page earlier before I hired Roberto Betin. Where do I start, under a deceptive teddy bear facade there is compulsive liar that repeatedly promises to show up and then doesn't, wants money upfront then does not finish the job and stops returning calls. Shoddy work, uneven tiling to start with then after a few months soft tiles with grout cracking, one of the windows not closing properly, one of the sills bowed. Created a fire hazard the way he hooked up the dryer vent. I could go on. A dumpster fire of a contractor. Avoid.
