My HVAC was out of whack and about such things I don't know jack! So I called up RBS, said "send someone to fix this mess." Brandon Craig came out with his two first names. Right on time, didn't play no games. He got straight to the point! In no time I was dialed!! That customer service was crazy wild. Ask for Brandon and don't be a fool. If your too hot he'll come in hella cool. If you're already too cold, he'll bring the heat until you say sold! Anyway great job and have a great year. I'm gonna sit back and drink an ice cold beer. Thanks again

Rude service, went in for a quote and and was not acknowledged til I said something. Would not suggest this place to my enemy. Would not wish that service upon anybody. I have already heard this place is terrible and overcharges but was in the neighborhood , so I thought I'd stop by, bad choice on my part. Good luck to all those who enter. Wish the zero star was an option.
