    Set-up and secure 28x56 manufactured home

    Wonderful customer service! C.J. and his crew are extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, polite and friendly. Helping me feel confident in their work and valued as a customer. They completed everything to my high standards and requirements. My new home is perfectly set and secured. I highly recommend this company.     Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time on this guy. He is so unprofessional he never calls you back and he always has some kind of flimsy excuse as to why he hasn’t called. I’m three weeks and so stressed out I have something coming to be put on my lot and he has not even put the permits in place which he said he would take care of. I had to give a one star believe me I would’ve gave under a zero. Stay away alert stay away from this guy!

    examine sloping floor to see if level, advise or repair problem

    Recommended by a mobile home sales company to level out a sloping floor. Sent an underling out one evening (no scheduled time) who found home level but bathroom out of whack. Proceeded to jack up home a few times and has made a structural and cosmetic mess out of it. Crevices where caulking was on a 1 year old paint job,, floor sloping worse. Mr. King promised he/someone "reputable" would be out 4/20 to fix. No call, no show, out $$$. Wont respond to texts. Reflects work ethic, integrity. It's been one month today. Would not recommend.
