Nancy at RC Custom Pool & Spa office has been very unprofessional and simply rude. She was not willing to address a problem that was caused by inadequate and poor maintenance RC Pool was responsible for. Once I brought the issue to her attention she stopped maintaining the pool all together without any notice. Once I came back from the trip it was apparent the pool was not serviced and damages occurred. She was ignoring me as a costumer and once I requested to speak with Walter (owner) she said she is a principal and will not allow me to talk to anyone else and I need to communicate with her in writing. Simply ā this is not a company I could recommend to anyone. Nancy/RC Pool representative was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. RC pool left my pool in a terrible shape. Iām deeply disappointed with the quality of service I received. Not deserving a single star from me.
