Rimac Contracting was hired for a condo building due to a gutter downspout backup which caused flooding in the building. They were hired and paid to clean/clear all gutters and downspouts. An additional storm followed the flooding event and, again, the backup occurred and flooded the building causing $1000s of damage. It was found later, by a separate contractor, that a bird had been nesting in the downspout and Rimac did not clean the gutters for which the condo had paid. A refund had been requested on multiple occasions for the incomplete/poor workmanship. Rimac has ignored all request to make this situation right.
