We purchased our home over a year ago and have had nothing but problems with our heat and air. The builder was hostile and reluctant to help us while home was under warranty. The cabinets are breaking down and paint has been chipping. The quality of flooring, cabinets insulation etc is very cheap and at some point will need to be replaced. I urge caution if you’re thinking of purchasing a home from this builder. I would not recommend
