We provide high-end quality work at medium pricing. Our job sites are maintained in clean order and the coordinated projects flow smoothly with little or no interruptions and always finish on or before the contracted finish date. The exception would be client add-on’s [addendum] which could extend a finish date. We are in constant communication via email, fax or phone with our clients. We take great pride and special care in handling our client’s property, contents and the overall security of our projects. We know who we hire; they are they same productive crews we have had for years. Our client’s know that we are extremely responsive to their needs and they feel safe when hiring us to work in their homes. We have solid client references, licensed, bonded and we carry both liability and workman's comp insurance.

    Total remodel

    RCL construction both Clay and Gail are second to none. They just completed a total remodel of my home in San Clemente and we are very pleased with not only the quality but the over all experience with this company from start to finish. They did a entire house remodel which included a new additional bath, and existing full bath remodel as well as a powder room. The kitchen which was a 70's vintage is now modern and beautiful. They retextured the walls, painted, added crown molding in all rooms and opened up the stair case. They updated the electrical to code as well as installed a new heating unit and added AC which we did not have. Clay and Gail took us from city permitting (which everyone knows can be a pain) to picking out cabinets, tile, granite, floor tile, appliances, faucets, toilets, sinks, drain plates, paint colors and all. Now this may give some people a headache but Gail and Clay made it very simple, painless and enjoyable. Now for the rest of the story... This is a second home for us as our primary residence is in El Dorado Hills just east of Sacramento, so you can imagine the trust you have to have in someone, or a company to give them a key and say go to work and let me know if you have any questions. They stayed in constant contact with us giving us weekly updates on what was accomplished, what the plan is for the following week as well as photos emailed and discussed. Not only was it a quality job but they completed all work on time and in budget. RCL is my go to contractor from now on for any work I need done on our San Clemente home.
