Guillermo Reyes Cardenas Marcial was paid upfront 50% deposit of $2100 to do concrete work at my house. He quickly accepted the money and then never returned to do the work. Made many, many false promises and never returned money that does not belong to him for services never performed. After countless attempts to collect the money we will now be proceeding with filing a small claims suit with King County to prevent him from doing this to other individuals who want an honest person to do work.
