With a growing small business, we needed to expand our operation. We hired this "group" for a commercial finish out. Ryon Construction Group didn't pay many subcontractors on time and we would go weeks sometimes without any progress. When asking subcontractors about the delays, they would say they hand't been paid by this contractor. Even though we paid Ryon Construction Group up front at times (such as the HVAC purchase and installation), the subcontractors wouldn't get paid in a timely fashion (and some were still waiting on payments from previous work for this contractor). We paid for HVAC units that never arrived and were left with holes in our roof for weeks, causing massive leaks anytime it rained. We eventually terminated the contractor and had to hire a new contractor to finish the work and fix several things. We are still owed between $20k-$50k from this contractor.
