The contractor decided he would do what he liked and my ideas did not count. His plan was to move the construction 25 feet from where i wanted it and argued with me about it saying he knew what he was doing he all said i needed a brezzeway and he had a building permit. also I needed to take down my shed. I called the city and they said he did not have a building permit and i did not need a breezzeway and i did not need to take down my shed. After two months of non compliance I canceled the contract which cost me 6600 dollars and nothing was done in the way of construction. He still ows me 8067 dollars which i am trying to get him to pay will get a lawyer
