We had damage to our soffits from the roofing crew. The Project Manager dissed the incident but we need the soffits replaced. Contractors have liability
and property damage insurance so we can't understand why we have been
ignored. The roofers did not take down the gutters so they were dented as well.
The Project Manager shows no concern for this matter, whatsoever.
Trying to recover from Hurricane Ian.

DO NOT use this contractor. I hired him after Irma to fix my house. His work was shoddy and we had to redo the ceiling because it was so bad. He also took 50K from me and never did the work. Here it is 2023 and he still hasn’t reimbursed me although he was found guilty. If you want to spend a fortune in legal fees then hire this guy. He is definitely good at one thing… working the system!
