RDS Door & Windows has been family-owned and operated for generations and has been in business over 25 years serving Garland, Rockwall, Wylie, Mesquite, Rowlett, Sachse, Plano, Murphy, Addison, Richardson, and Dallas. We are 100% woman owned, multi generation family company and fully licensed and insured. We offer a 2-year warranty on our workmanship (excluding foundation issues). We work hard to keep our prices at an attractive rate without sacrificing the quality or service of our work. We use a local manufacturer, which allows for faster delivery, a lower possibility of freight damage, and lower costs. We are Pella certified contractors and offer Pella windows. A good cost-effective window can enhance the value of your home as much as an expensive window when correctly installed. That’s why we always order our windows after making custom measurements to your home. We can then be confident that the windows will properly fit your home in every way—energy efficiency, noise reduction, as well as curb appeal.

I bought new windows through Lowe's and RDS installed them. They did 2 jobs for me, because I did the upstairs windows in 2015 and the downstairs in 2016. The same guys came out both years. Both times they did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them. They were very professional, very efficient, very thorough. I really liked that the 2nd time, Lowe's gave them a window with a noticeable scratch to install and the guys refused to install it for me because they didn't feel it was right. They encouraged me to request a new window, which Lowe's did replace, and they came back just to install that 1 window. That spoke volumes to me.
