Elizabeth is apparently the only manager that works for this company. Her customer service and communication skills are subpar at best. Apparently because I currently rent, and am not paying their bill, it is okay for her to be rude, raise her voice to almost a screaming tone, not listen, and hang up the phone, when trying to explain the reasoning for a question. The roofers, left the yard a mess, with nails and staples in the yard. Definitely will not be referring this company to my clients what so ever.
