This guy's name is scott rea. He works out of Newark DE.I employed him and a roofer. It stared off well with the roof reshingled. I paid him to new gutters, He removed some of the gutters in December and hasn't been back. As he was nearly done, I paid him in advance. I've called 2 dozen times, E-mailed him and even contacted his father. I"ve got a pile of gutters and downspouts in my backyard. He promised his father he would finish the work. I"m going to small claims court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
