Read Plumbing was the plumber for our new build from Giovanti Homes. Right from the beginning we had numerous plumbing issues which included having a leak in our utility room that had to be repaired numerous times before the pipe was finally replaced by Read Plumbing at our request. They were also called for a leak under our kitchen sink and most of our showers did not initially have hot water which they promptly came and fixed. They also did not install our water heater properly. It should have had its own regulator which was fixed. Our current issue which has been existent since we purchased our house in April is a knocking sound in our second floor bathroom when any cold water is turned on. Read Plumbing first came in late August to fix this which didn’t work. They then came back to look at it the problem again in early October and we haven’t heard from them since then. Numerous calls, emails, and texts made to Read Plumbing with no response. We just want fixed which should have been installed correctly from the very beginning.
