Real time construction is excellent. We couldn’t be any happier with how our house turned out. They listened to what we wanted and they made it happen. Jaggi was very responsive and accommodating. He answered all our questions at any time of the day, would keep us posted on the work that was being done and let us know if anything needed additional repairs. I like that we maintained in constant communication. We would definitely hire them again for future work.

We were introduced to Real Time Construction by our Realtor. We met quite a few contractors everyone gave us a very high quote and an a long time duration for the completion of the projects. Jaggi and Chetan from Real Time Construction gave us really good suggestions and finished the project in a 3.5 weeks with no major hiccups! The pricing of the project was also pocket friendly as we had just bought a house.
Its worth working with them, as they gave good ideas, suggestions and did a great job with our kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Our half bath was converted into beautiful kitchen. They have good network in the bay area, that speedened the process.Would work with them again in the future!

With a competitive bid and positive recommendations, we decided to hire Real Time Construction during a pandemic to remodel our bedroom and create a master bathroom from our existing bathroom, closets and hallways.
With all the challenges of remodeling an old house, we are very happy with the final results. Sergio, Jaggi and Chetan worked together and answered our calls and emails. If something didn’t look right, they immediately fixed it to our liking. Everyone that entered the house was respectful and masked.
We enjoyed working with all the subs and very comfortable with anyone that entered the house. We have two dogs and they installed a temporary wall separating the construction area from the rest of the house. It was appreciated.
They completed the project within budget with no up-charges for incidental issues they ran into once the walls were exposed.
We recommend having this crew provide a bid for your next remodel.

We worked with Sergio and Jaggi’s team - in July - August 2020. They came prepared and offered a competitive bid. However, it was Sergio’s knowledge about construction and his practical approach which made us confident about hiring them. The core team was their own employees and they hired some sub contractors who were equally good. The team were mindful of cleaning after them and they showed up on time each day. Sergio gave us a 6-7 week timeline and they delivered as planned, which was really important for us because we lived on the premise during the remodeling. Ours is a 100 yr old house so it came with its own challenges, but Sergio’s knowledge and hands on approach came handy and he offered great alternatives approaches. Why we would recommend them - it’s their integrity, honesty, timeliness and quality of work that impressed us. We would hire them again if needed for additional projects.

We have worked with Jaggy and Sergio on our Home Addition and Remodeling project. As their name suggested, they moved quite fast. I was super impressed by their solid work in foundation, framing and roofing. Our City's standard is quite high and Jaggy managed to response and fix the problems quickly. Hence we got our permit finaled smoothly. We hired some independent civil engineer to check the house after the project is done, who highly praised the engineering quality of Realtime Construction's work.
We were also required to install fire sprinkler system through the whole house and Jaggy recommended a good contractor for us, whose quote is the lowest we have received on fire system. This guy also moved fast and past the inspection smoothly. When the pandemic started, thanks to their hard work, we could move in on time! -

We started our addition right before the pandemic started. After the foundation was in, lockdown shut everything down for a month or so. Had it not been for that, Sergio's team would have been done with the framing by then. The great thing about RT construction is how quickly they can put up a house. Along the way they made some valuable changes to the project where the plans came up a little short. Our inspector was also impressed with the quality of the work they did.
If there's one area of improvement, I'd say it's in regard to communication. They are so fast, that if any adjustments or changes are made to the plans, the new plans need to be communicated very quickly and even then, word might not reach the workers in order to avoid re-work. I discussed a change to the skylights with Sergio pre-pandemic and then forgot all about it until months later when the workers finished up the skylight openings and tried to fit them in. The skylights didn't fit because the dimensions on the plans didn't get updated. However, the crew were able do some clever modifications to get them installed without a major redo.

The team headed by Jaggi and Sergio were always very prompt to address anything throughout our addition/remodel project. The project spanned addition of ~260 sq ft. comprising of a living room and a new bathroom. In any construction project, things don't always go exactly according to plans due to the various variables involved, but Jaggi/Sergio were always a phone call away. They'd be open to discussing any changes, and would always keep us apprised of the progress of the project. The inspections were smooth as well, and they made sure all the checklist items were taken care off. In the end, we are pretty satisfied with the outcome.
If I had another project to be done, I'd hire this team again.

We worked with Sergio, Jaggi and their team at Real Time Construction for a major home renovation project that began in 2019. We were remodeling all the public spaces in our home (kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, etc.), adding a new office and enlarging our entryway. We were also living in the house through all of this, between our upstairs bedrooms and the garage.
The Real Time team was fantastic and flexible. They were incredibly neat and cleaned their workspaces especially well, knowing that there were small children on the property after hours. They completed the bulk of the project within the estimated 4 months, and were slowed down only because of the COVID-19 shutdowns. They coordinated everything with their subcontractors, including helping us place orders through reasonably-priced vendors for the kitchen cabinets, stone and windows. Their painters (subcontractors) and carpenters (their own team) in particular were meticulous. They refinished our existing stairs with new molding and balustrades, added wainscoting to our dining room and custom shelving in our office and dining room. They took their time with the details and finishes, and our home looks amazing. Where things were unexpected or needed to be done differently than anticipated, Real Time’s team informed us quickly and worked with us to find a creative solution that would be within our budget.
We are very happy with their work, and look forward to working with them again.

Jaggi and Sergio did a great job on our kitchen upgrade. The 2 slabs of granite for countertop are so seamlessly joined that you can't even tell they are different slabs! A few unexpected things came up that Jaggi, Sergio and team took care of - like redoing the full crown moulding in the kitchen to match to the cabinets. Overall, the project look a bit longer than initially planned but we will definitely use Jaggi and Sergio again and highly recommend them to any Bay Area homeowners.

Throughout the project, I worked with Sergio and Jaggi. One of the key things I can tell about real time - the quality of their work is amazing!
Getting into some details - from the start of the project, Jaggi did a good job with communications and Sergio with answering any concerns/questions I had around the job. Their bid within my budget and they used high quality raw materials.
Once my permit was approved - they started the actual work within 10 days of getting the approval. Once they started the job, they came in almost everyday to keep the work moving forward - this is super critical as my community has many other jobs going on - and in almost every one them - I do not see workers for weeks. Real Time didn't do that. Once they started the work, they stayed committed to it.Coming to their workmanship - Every member of RealTime that came to my place was very well behaved and always made sure they kept the place clean. If they were working in areas that would disrupt us; they made sure they gave us advance notification and picked a time that worked for us - i.e. they worked around our schedule. They always did high quality work and used high quality raw materials. My house was a 1952 property that was getting an extension - So you can always expect surprises. But RealTime didnt bother me with such surprises, and rather they just took care of them without any contract changes. RealTime doesn't do everything them self - they do use sub contractors.On my job, they had subcontracted the Concrete pouring, HVAC, Plumbing, & Drywall, Painting. Most of their sub contractors were amazing and did a great job too. They maintained the same level of quality and workman ship. The one area of gap was surely on the plumbing - they used Prestige Plumbing, and I for one, had the worst experience with them. So my only recommendation for anyone working with Real-Time, request for a different plumbing sub contractor. Do not go with Prestige. The rest of their subcontractors - amazing, you will not have any complaints - great drywall finishers and painters. You can always see the quality of the folks they hire when you see the finished product - and anyone reading the review can see the photos for Cornish Way on their BuildZoom profile. For my project, Sergio decided to use his team to do the electrical and install the tiles - one of the best things that happened to me. The quality of tile work and electrical is outstanding. Overall, we are super happy with what they have done.
Now, I've praised them a lot, but everyone has something they can improve on - with RealTime - its scheduling and keeping you informed of what is needed from you as the home owner and by when. You'll get amazing high quality work within your budget done - but if you are looking for someone to have an extremely well co-ordinated timeline and communication plan - that isn't RealTime. I found it difficult to get clear guidance on what's happening next and by when. In most cases - every time Jaggi told me something - the probability of that work actually happening that day was less than 1%. Personally - this didn't bother me much, given the high quality of work; and the fact they were always here and kept the job moving forward. They took their time to get the job done right. And once done, it has been really hard to find a defect.
Overall, I'm super satisfied with them; and would recommend them to anyone. Sergio is really good at what he does; and a man I trust. So if you ever have any detailed questions on the work going - ask Sergio. He takes the time to explain it to you, and tell you why they are doing it a certain way. Sergio has a great team!

Sergio, Jaggi and the Real Time Construction team recently completed a renovation project, whose photos are featured here on BuildZoom (Ramos Ct). They completely gutted and rebuilt the kitchen and living room, removing a load bearing wall to make an open floor plan, adding a 15’ accordion glass door and skylights and building our dream contemporary styled kitchen. They also replaced the flooring, doors, walls, windows and trim throughout the house, built a new gabled entryway, and replaced the exterior cladding with stucco after first retrofitting it for earthquake stability.
This team really knows what they’re doing. We were particularly impressed at the speed at which they completed the demolition and framing work, which took only a couple of weeks, with the crew even coming to work on weekends. They also had exceptional skills in framing, electrical, cabinet installation, stucco, and interior finish work.
They told us right from the beginning that they weren’t going to nickel and dime us for every little change, and they truly held firm to that commitment. We made a lot of extra requests beyond the original scope of the project, and while they rightfully came to us with a formal change request process for the larger items, the smaller items just got worked into the schedule gratis.
We also lived in the house throughout the renovation. Many builders we talked with wouldn’t consider allowing us to do this, since this was an extensive renovation. However, Real Time was extremely flexible and worked around our constraints. Having observed their work that closely on a daily basis, I can attest to the fact that they are friendly, polite, accommodating, and they clean up after themselves each day.
Real Time’s bid for our project came in lower than every other contractor we talked to. Their bid was also more detailed than most, carefully considering all of the details of the project. Their change order pricing was fair, and they were willing to negotiate if I felt something was too high.
If you’re looking for a company which will give you a pretty gantt chart or web based tools and which has office staff calling to check in on you continually, this probably isn’t the right fit. Sergio and Jaggi are very communicative over text messaging, with a very strong focus on getting everything the way you want it, but are not as polished as larger firms at project management.
All in all, we are thoroughly delighted with the outcome of this renovation project, and with the professional competence, attention to detail, fair pricing, and openness to change along the way that we got from Real Time Construction. We would absolutely hire them again for this project if we had to do it all over again.

We recently worked with Sergio and his team at Real-time construction to rebuild about approx 800 sq feet of our mid-century house in San Mateo. I am happy to say that we had a very positive experience with the team and happy with the overall work accomplished. While working with the real-time team we found a few things that really stood out.
1. Easy to work with: Sergio, Jaggi, and the entire team are really a good set of honest individuals who are easy to work with, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to please their customers.
2. Quality of work: The team in real-time is extremely skilled. We have found very few issues with their work and they have been very responsive to any asks or fixes requested once we moved into the house.
3. Changes to the scope of the project: As the project progressed, we decided to make a few additional improvements for which Jaggi and Sergio were extremely receptive and helpful.
4. Project complexity: Our project turned out to more complex than expected. The team had to work with specific requirements laid out by the city for arbor preservation, flood zone compliance, building code requirements. The team was able to handle all the complexity without any trouble.We are very pleased with the overall work. I would highly recommend Real-time construction for your projects and happy to provide a strong recommendation.

We added 500 SF to our house and decided to stay at the house during construction. Real Time Construction team started outside and only when it was necessary to connect to the house started the demolition. We demolished about 400 SF and added 500 for a total of about 900 SF. As their name suggests they were on time and finished the job faster than expected. We were very impressed with their workmanship throughout and highly recommend them.

I was fortunate to have been assigned Real Time Construction when they were being sub-contracted by another construction company. My project is actually pictured here, it's the one with the black and white checkered kitchen. The project was to add 620 sq feet to my existing home. The started on Sept 11, 2017 and completed it by end of December, 2017. Sergio and his crew work diligently, on time, on budget and their craftsmanship is excellent. The addition included 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1/2 bath, expanded kitchen and dining room--I absolutely love my space.
I'm actually hiring them again this August to do the second phase of my upgrade, which includes upgrading the original 2 bedrooms electrical and upgrading the original bathroom and plumbing converting it to an en suite to the master bedroom.
They are a pleasure to work with.

Sergio and his crew put in a high grade Milgard sound proof window and took out half of an exterior kitchen wall to open up our kitchen. This involved taking out a door, demolishing 1/2 a wall, framing a new area for window, putting in window, sheetrock and framing out new window. It looks great and Sergio was punctual, responsible and offered some design suggestions which made the process run very smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend Sergio Quiroz and the subs he used.

Real time construction did our interior remodeling project in Fremont. We bought this in late 2000 and in 2017 we decided to remodeling 3 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and painting. I met with different contractors and got different bids. We finally decided to go with real time construction because of their timeline and realistic price. They finished my project with in 5 weeks as they mentioned. One thing I like about Sergio is he always on time and responsible. They helped me to select the cabinets, tiles, floors and they suggested me vendors where I got the discounts. I'm really happy to recommend Real Time Construction for your remodeling projects.

Real Time Construction did my house at 2637 Georgina Ave in San José. They did my house in 2016. I'm really happy with them. As their name they are really timely manner. I'm working as a plumber from last 17 years and I have good idea about construction. When I met them in the beginning I'm little worried because my house was their first project and they gave really good price. They provided me the architect, interior designer and they provided me different design options. They made the plans according to my interests and finally the plans got approved from city without many corrections. After they start the construction,everyday evening I saw the growth and got surprised by them. In the beginning when they mentioned that they will finish the project in 5 months, I never believed them but they finished with in 4 months. I'm really happy with them and happy to recommend them for anyone.

Real Time Construction has worked on two projects for my clients- one in Milpitas (Remodel and Additon) and one in Saratoga (New Construction). Serjio and his team are the best you will find in the bay area- highly energetic and passionate about their work. Their attention to detail is precise. Additionally, you will always find Serjio just a call away. At no point, the work stops on site and he is always right there to make sure there are no bottlenecks, managing his project hands on.

Real Time Construction's owner and founder worked on two remodel / construction projects on our older (ca 1915) San Jose Rose Garden area home. The first was a garage tear-down and rebuild, and the second was an extensive addition, finished basement excavation, and interior remodel. Both projects came out beautifully, and honestly exceeded all our initial expectations. Sergio continually impressed my wife and I with his exceptionally strong work ethic, attention to detail and high quality work standards. He was, and is, a great communicator regarding project progress issues and concerns, often pointing out better, faster and sometimes less expensive ways to handle the unexpected challenges that seem to come up on projects like these. I highly recommend considering Real Time Construction if you're planning an addition or remodel.

Real Time Construction was made aware to me by friend's of a friend, as many such introductions are conducted. However, this contact led me to a great result, with my build going at a rapid pace, with no drama, or hassles. (My friends know that I am very picky)!
I was very fortunate to contract Real Time, as they were very professional, fast, efficient, and most of all, conscientious.
I spent my career in the building trades as an electrician, my dad was an inspector, and I know how construction works. This build was for my own retirement shangri-la, and I needed it to go swiftly, and correct. Sergio, and his crew; which is actually his family, did not let me down. They were always on time, on the job, and ahead of schedule. All my inspections were a breeze.
I highly recommend Sergio and his family. I can not speak highly enough for this energetic band of hard workers.
