Reardon Renovations performed a highly professional approach in renovating our three bathrooms at the same time, from design, demolition to completion we were completely satisfied. The team was courteous and well aware of the disruptions that can take place during a project of this magnitude. We plan on recommending them to anyone considering any type of home remodeling.

Reardon Renovations is a "blue chip" contractor. Mike and crew finished a new screened porch for us earlier this year and then just recently completed a new remodeled kitchen. All of the work was simply outstanding. Great people too and very professional. These spaces, while providing us pure joy, are also the envy of the neighborhood!

Reardon Renovations just completed a large covered porch project for us. We were trying to keep the architecture consistent with our 1915 home and so the details were very important. Mike and his team did an outstanding job for us, and he was an exceptional communicator. There were a couple of bumps along the way of course, but Mike was quick to find the resolution and execute it. We had a deadline and he managed to meet the deadline, in spite of many rain days and inspections delays. I would heartily recommend him to anyone!

They are the best! By far, the screened in porch they built for us is the nicest space in our home. Mike and his guys are always reliable and do beautiful work. We liked our porch so much that they are now getting started on remodeling our kitchen!

Reardon Renovations delivered as promised! This was our first remodeling experience and we started with a complete kitchen remodel. Mike lead us through the process and gave us step by step details so we always knew what to expect. His crew and his subs were very professional and we were comfortable with them working in our house. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and Mike sent me a text almost every morning to let me know who would be there and when to expect them. Mike and his crew also took care of all the little extras like helping set up a temporary kitchen and moving furniture as needed. The workmanship was excellent and it is evident that they take pride in their work. They also provided excellent information on vendors for cabinets, counter tops, and fixtures. Ken and I had been looking for about six months for someone to redo our kitchen. When we saw the work Mike did for a friend of ours, we were hooked! We had an idea of what we wanted but Mike and Bob had a completely different and much better one. We could not be happier. They worked tirelessly to ensure that we were informed about all aspect of this renovation. They were responsive to all of our questions and they did what they said they would do. They helped us put together all the detail of what is now a beautiful and much more functional space. They are a first class operation and we will use them again!

We did a complete kitchen renovation from floor to ceiling, which ended up including our dining room and powder room. We can't wait to have Mike and his crew back when we're ready to tackle our master bath!

We do not have a huge kitchen, but we were never treated like it was a small job. We were looking to update and maximize our space, and Mike worked with us to put together a great design within our budget. The finished product has completely transformed our kitchen, dining room and powder room!

Everyone who was in our house was extremely professional and respectful. I work from home and have three children, 6, 4 and 2yrs, and have no complaints. The work spaces were cleaned up at the end of the day and every effort was made to keep our lives as normal as possible. Any issues were addressed to our satisfaction, with Mike ensuring that we were happy and satisfied.

Our project was to convert a 600 sq. foot attic into a bonus room & office. Mike was extremely thorough. He brought electrical and mechanical (HVAC) contractors by in the quote phase so we knew exactly what the numbers were going in...no guesses. The contract and statement of work was detailed. Mike quoted 35 days start to finish, he finished in 28. The entire project was also under budget! Mike and his contractors were prompt each day and did't leave until the job was done well. I am confident anyone would be hard-pressed to find anyone better to do a renovation job. Honesty & integrity matter more than ever these days!

I needed to renovate two bathrooms in my rental house and had to get it done in 1 month. Mike prepared a quote quickly and he and his crew got to work almost immediately. My tenants and I are very pleased with the new bathrooms which were in desperate need of updating. It was a complete tear down and rebuild job and I was honestly unsure whether that amount of work could be done in such a short amount of time. There were a few minor issues during/after the job, but Mike worked hard to address them swiftly. All in all, I would use Mike for a future renovation in the future !!!

"Screened porch and patio" This was our second time utilizing Reardon Renovations and the product was even better than the first. Mike keeps up with the latest products available to create a very low-maintenance, high-quality product. His workforce is highly skilled, very polite, and leave the site clean each day.

Reardon Renovations did an excellent job designing and building our back screened porch. First rate materials and design! When the ease-way at the back of our property caused a problem, Mike designed a "bump-out" solution that turned out even better than the original design and matched it to the existing deck. To finish off the project, he wired the porch for sound and connected it to the rest of the house. We probably spend more time in this addition to our house than any other. We've recommended Reardon Renovations to friends and they're also impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail.

Mike has completed 6 projects for us over the last 3 years and all were completed to the highest standards and to our total satisfaction. These ranged from basement remodelling including the installation of a second kitchen, through to attic finishing and screen porch building. Project 7 (sun room building) is already planned. i can highly recommend Reardon Renovations to anyone contemplating a home remodelling or renovation project.

Mike of Reardon Renovations understood what we wanted and understood what would make the final project even better than we imagined. From box lights, under the cabinet lights, awesome crown molding, appliance installation and the ability to develop and implement extremely difficult tiling patterns this was much better than we thought possible. He addressed each scope add that we brought to the table with the same reasonable estimate that we received for the first project scope. This project has been a great success.

Mike did an amazing job even though our project was small in comparison to other jobs. He never made us feel like since it was a smaller job it was not important. Can't wait to have him come back to work on some additional projects!

We highly recommend Mike. He redid our Master bath and it is beautiful. He was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. He LISTENED to us and what we wanted and helped bring that to reality. When we are ready for our next project, he will be our first call.

We had an excellent experience working w/Mike and his guys. We had our basement finished and he went above and beyond, taking it from drab to fab! Besides doing great work, he is always upbeat, courteous and they keep a very neat work area. The word "can't" is not in his vocabulary. If you want something done, he will get it done. Highly recommend them. We gave a 5 star, because you couldn't give more. :-)

Mike has done several projects at our house and we have been extremely pleased with each one of them. Mike is reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, and always answers his phone! His attention to detail is impressive and he has a great team of people working with him. Mike has pretty much done it all at our house! He has built a closet in our daughter's room, built beautiful cabinets in our laundry room, built "big shelves" in our garage, and completed a major roof repair. Mike always follows up on a project and he takes pride in and stands by his work. He is also a total pleasure to work with. We are planning a bathroom remodel this year and Reardon Renovations will be the first company we contact for the project!

Mike renovated our two bathrooms during the summer. We were so highly impressed with the quality and carftsmanship of the bathrooms that we called Mike back in the fall to renovate/addon a screen porch. Once again we were amazed at the quality of work done by Mike and his team.

Mike and his crew did a major renovation on my bedroom refinishing the stone floors, converting a small bath and closet into a master bath, adding a coffered ceiling, crown mold, transom lights on the south facing wall, replacing two windows with a French doors that open onto the new stone patio he built. He also renovated a guest room bath in the process. I have never seen any work better than the quality of this renovation. I feel like I am coming home to a luxury resort.

Reardon Renovations did a masterful job renovating most of my 1998 home, and I've recommended them several times to friends and co-workers. In Aug2013, Mike and his crew gutted and reconfigured the master bath and closet, gutted and renovated the powder room, scraped popcorn ceilings, painted the entire interior, installed new kitchen lighting and French doors, and added a coffered ceiling to the dining room. In Jun2014, they returned to perform a gut renovation of my kitchen, which included relocating the range and converting it to natural gas. The custom cabinets, from a manufacturer they recommended, do not disappoint w/ full-extension drawers, self-closing hinges, tray dividers, and more. The granite countertops and travertine tile backsplash are gorgeous.

Kitchen and dining room remodel in 2012. Mike and his crew did an excellent job of opening up my kitchen and making the whole place look fantastic (remodel was down to the bare studs and included new drywall, flooring, cabinets, trimwork, painting, plumbing, countertops, skylight, etc). Two years later and I still love walking into my kitchen, it's function and beautiful. Detail oriented and excellent finish work. I would hire them again for any home improvement project.

Reardon Renovations led us throughth the difficult process of removing the back of the house, connecting it to an existing building and expanding the size of our family room, breakfast room and kitchen; We would rate him five stars on reliability, accuracy, "follow through", and on time completion. My husband Rick and I were beyond ready to update our kitchen. We had seen the Reardon Renovations truck in our Neighborhood and we decided that we would give Mr. Reardon a call. Imagine our excitement when "Mike" said that he would be over that very afternoon to take a look! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. The work began immediately! Everyone contracted out by Mike was professional and fast. Within a couple of weeks our kitchen transformed into something out of a magazine! It is now time to redo the bathrooms and guess who will get all of our business!!! Mike and his team have done several projects for us including a full kitchen renovation and mud room addition. Everything turned out beautifully and Mike made sure everything was finished perfectly and on time. They were always friendly and professional. Great job on a number of projects! The largest one was when Mike and his team converted an unfinished room of approximately 400 sq ft into a media room. It included the drywall, painting, ceiling fan, HVAC and electrical work.
Additional other jobs include painting the house exterior, replacing the roof, and updating parts of the screened in deck. Very professional in all dealings.
