Absolutely great company with super friendly and hardworking people. The quality of work and follow through was all very good. Their crew is punctual, professional and very friendly. The concrete work was excellent and we would not hesitate to call David again for any future projects.

My experience with David was more than I could have asked for. He was reliable, on time, honest, and fair. Any issues that came up he was forthright with me and made an effort to quickly solve problems. My bathroom came out just as I wanted; he even found the tile at a cheaper price than originally planned and gave me a discount. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

David left out house renovations incomplete and poorly done. There are gaps between the walls and the floor, there is no finishing work done and it is overall a very sloppy job. He also lost materials and then tried to make us pay for them to be replaced.
I would not recommend him to anyone - regardless of the size of the project. We have been left to not only continue our renovations ourselves, but there is even more work to be done to fix what he left in a very poor state.

I unfortunately had a similar experience to Anna. Work was sloppily done and things left unfinished. I could write many paragraphs on the other things that were problematic. My entire home was remodeled and renovations started in October 2020. David last dropped by in March 2021 and I had given a list of remaining items to be finished, which a good chunk remains unfinished even after David and his workers took some time to work on the list. We've repeatedly asked him to pick up the remaining garbage and demolition debris he is responsible for with no luck despite it being part of the contract. Communication was lacking and things have been put off for one reason or another. Yes, we understand life happens and were more than understanding and patient, but it isn't right nor fair to let things keep being pushed off because there "isn't anymore money in it" since we've already paid him out. And I made the big rookie mistake of paying him out instead of holding out a few thousand until EVERYTHING was done on the very last day.
I left David a voicemail over the weekend expressing my frustrations with the state of things as he kept telling my husband last week that he would drop by, but the days kept changing and ultimately, Friday rolled around and he never showed up that week or responded to my husband's text to see what the update was. I tried calling him on Monday morning, but it rang once then went to voicemail. I then texted him to ask him to pick up the garbage and to forget about taking care of unfinished work as my family and I will complete them or hire someone else. David chose to immediately text my husband to tell him that he is "working on it" to arrange the garbage pick up, rather than addressing the issues with me directly. In the end, my husband texted him and told him we're choosing to take care of things from here since we're tired of having to wait and are frustrated.
