This company lead us on as customers. Our first contact with them was very pleasant. We came to them and wanted an above ground pool. They were very good at explaining everything and made my family and me comfortable. Buying a pool is suppose to be a fun experience. I believe spending that kinda money the customer shouldnt have to check in and ask where is the quote 5 times. We came to them in mid July and was told three times we will have your pool installed within four weeks. Well my experience with jeff and his staff was nothing but a waste of time. The communication between staff and owner is not there. We eventually got an estimate 6 weeks later. We even asked staff can you tell us if you are busy so we can go else where. I wasn’t impatient just was lead on to believe something that would never happen. Wasted time energy and money driving there to see what was going on.
