Horrendous experience with this company. They came out to see our remodel plans. We fully explained what we wanted to be done. We provided printed plans for the project. They followed up about 2 weeks later with a quote, however the quote was missing about half of the planned work. I had to provide a detailed list of all the missing items. They acted like it was a simple oversight and said they would revise the proposal and send it to me to next day or two. 5 days later, no response. I informed them that I was no longer interested to work with them. If their attention to detail and follow through was this terrible when trying to land a new job, I could only imagine how bad they would be after I signed a contract.
