Came to evaluate a leaky drain from a second floor tub drain and plumber summarily decided it was from settling of the house, although there is no other evidence of it in the house. He notified the house warranty company and they wouldn't cover it based on his evaluation. (wanted > $400 for his extensive repair). After a lot of hassle was able to get a 2nd opinion by Caroline Plumbing and Drain who just felt it was a cracked pipe. They quickly replaced the pipe and the warranty company covered it. I would not recommend Red Dragon Plumbing.
